R-Cubed Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing Oracle EPM Practice. This individual will play a hands‑on role delivering Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for our clients, designing and building planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting applications while working closely with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self‑motivated consultant with solid Oracle EPM implementation experience who is ready to take on greater ownership of work streams, mentor junior team members, and grow toward practice leadership.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and configure Oracle EPM Cloud applications — including Planning & Budgeting (EPBCS/PBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and related modules — to meet client business requirements.
- Lead work streams within larger implementation projects, managing day‑to‑day delivery, task planning, and quality of work products.
- Partner directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, validate designs, and translate financial planning and close processes into leading‑practice EPM solutions.
- Develop high‑quality forms, business rules, reports, dashboards, and other artifacts that are sustainable and well‑documented.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution across the project lifecycle, coordinating with Oracle Support as needed.
- Contribute to data integration efforts between Oracle EPM and source/target systems.
- Mentor associate and staff‑level consultants, reviewing their work and helping build their technical and client‑facing skills.
- Support pre‑sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal content, as needed.
- Contribute reusable assets, templates, and leading practices back to the Oracle EPM Practice's delivery library.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams, upholding the R-Cubed brand standard in all deliverables.
- 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud (Fusion Cloud EPM) solutions, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
- Hands‑on experience with EPBCS/PBCS and FCCS; additional experience with PCMCS, ARCS, TRCS, EDMCS, or Narrative Reporting is a plus.
- Working knowledge of core finance and accounting principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and the corporate close and consolidation process.
- Experience gathering requirements directly from business users and translating them into functional and technical designs.
- Familiarity with data integration between EPM and source or downstream systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting work to client stakeholders.
- Prior consulting experience is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (typically 10–30%, engagement‑dependent).
