Onni Group - Integrations is seeking an IT Systems Administrator (Tier
2) to deliver high-quality support for internal users and managed services clients from our Seattle office. You will own incidents end-to-end, troubleshoot across Windows/Mac endpoints, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra , and network basics, and coordinate with Tier 3 and vendors.
The role requires 4–7 years in IT support (MSP experience preferred), strong communication, and a proactive mindset.
