Cloud Support Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to support a large-scale AWS environment with 100+ production applications and critical SaaS platforms. This role focuses on cloud operations, incident management, monitoring, IAM, backup/recovery, security, and AWS migration support.

Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 AWS cloud infrastructure support and incident management.
• Support AWS and SaaS platforms including Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas, and Confluent Cloud
  .
• Manage IAM, monitoring, observability, backup/recovery, and cloud security controls
  .
• Develop and maintain Terraform Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Support AWS data center migration, application onboarding, and post-migration stabilization.
• Assist with audits, compliance evidence, remediation, and operational documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security, Development, and SRE teams.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS Support experience
• 6+ years of overall IT experience
• Strong AWS Cloud knowledge
• Terraform, Python, and Git Hub
• IAM / cloud security experience
• Cloud incident management and production support
• Backup and recovery experience, preferably AWS Backup
• Monitoring/observability experience;
  Datadog preferred
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or equivalent knowledge
