Partner Solutions Architect (PSA)
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) to join the AWS Partner Growth & Strategy (PG&S) team supporting Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners in Financial Services Industry (FSI). In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic ISV partners, helping them architect, build, and optimize their solutions on AWS.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Work with partners to deeply understand their business and technical needs. Develop solutions that make the best use of the AWS AI and cloud capabilities.
- Provide architectural guidance and recommendations on building applications efficiently and reliably on AWS.
- Influence solution providers in their development of strategies that will enable them to present their offering on AWS.
- Develop technical content, such as video, white papers and reference architectures, that can be used by our customers and partners to assist them in deploying cloud-based solutions.
- Capture and share best practices with our broader Solution Architect community.
- Share customer feedback to internal product management and engineering teams to help drive the future of AWS cloud.
- Scope each customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria.
- Collaborate with AWS field sales, training, and support teams to ensure partner success.
About the team:
The team consists of partner solution architects that help AWS's FSI partners build products and services on top of AWS. We each possess deep expertise in one or more technical domains relevant to our partners. We constantly innovate on behalf of partners and are passionate about learning and building joint solutions with partners as well as communicating in public forums about the business impact of technology.
