About Anything Helps
Anything Helps is a Washington State 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides Medicaid‑funded case management services to people experiencing homelessness across King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Kitsap counties. The organization is led by and staffed with people who have experienced homelessness themselves, and it delivers services directly in the field.
Volunteer Webmaster– Role Overview
We are looking for a volunteer webmaster to help us improve our website and digital tools. Your work will support our mission by enhancing site performance, analytics, and outreach.
Responsibilities- Confirm Google Analytics (GA4) is properly connected and tracking the correct events to provide usable data about visitors.
- Set up and manage Google Ad Grants campaigns to drive real traffic to our site.
- Optimize site structure, tags, and content for on‑page and technical SEO so people can find us when searching for homelessness services and volunteer opportunities in Washington State.
- Develop conversion goals to increase online donations, volunteer sign‑ups, interest in board positions, and overall visibility for our work.
- Familiarity with Hostinger (domain/DNS management) and modern site‑building platforms like Lovable.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Google Ad Grants.
- Understanding of on‑page and technical SEO.
- Comfort working with a small nonprofit team that moves fast and communicates primarily through Slack.
- Ability to work independently and flag issues or opportunities as they arise.
We are developing MIRA, a tool that crawls the Washington 211 website and provides a chat interface to help people find services such as shelter, food, and healthcare. Experience in web scraping, APIs, chatbot interfaces, or AI‑assisted tools would be an advantage for this project.
