As an Engineering Manager - Analytics Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying analytics solutions. This includes API authentication and authorization, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and call management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading high-performing teams, technical expertise in analytics engineering, and a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying analytics solutions.
- Oversee API authentication and authorization, CI/CD, and call management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of analytics capabilities.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to improve analytics engineering capabilities.
- Mentor and coach engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- 5+ years of experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Strong technical expertise in analytics engineering, including API authentication and authorization, CI/CD, and call management.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and data science concepts.
