Responsibilities

As the Finance & Operations Functional Lead, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while leading high‑impact Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations that modernize financial operations, improve business performance, and create lasting organizational value. You will work alongside senior finance executives, solution architects, and technology leaders to deliver enterprise‑scale initiatives that influence business strategy and operational excellence. The role involves overseeing requirement gathering, business process assessments, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, business requirements documents, functional design documents, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover planning, production deployments, data migration, and post‑production support.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience leading enterprise Finance ERP implementations.
  • Minimum 8 years of hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation experience.
  • Extensive experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Dimensions, Posting Profiles, and Cost Management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and financial controls.
  • Working knowledge of taxation concepts including GST, VAT, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple full‑cycle ERP implementations from requirements gathering through post‑production support.
  • Experience facilitating executive workshops, business process assessments, fit‑gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
  • Proven ability to develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows, and testing documentation.
  • Experience leading System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and production deployments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data migration activities including validation of General Ledger, Customer Master, Vendor Master, Opening Balances, and Financial Data.
  • Experience collaborating with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, Project Managers, and executive business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Microsoft Visio, advanced Microsoft Excel, BPM tools, and Leapwork testing platform preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications highly desirable.
  • Must be U.S. citizenship or authorized to work in the United States.
