Digital Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assess, clean, merge, and analyze large datasets following standardized data manipulation techniques and methodologies using R, Python, and/or Azure ML, GCP, AWS.
• Select features, build, and optimize classifiers using machine learning techniques.
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI algorithms/predictive models for digital marketing.
• Guide and provide direction to junior analyst team members.
• Create advanced processes/procedures and recommend new tools and technologies.

• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) and hands‑on experience with statistical techniques such as Decision Tree, Logistic, and Multiple Regression.
• Hands‑on experience developing multi‑touch attribution models, media mix modelling, basket analysis, and other analytical frameworks.
• Exposure to click‑stream data and customer analytics for predictive modelling, including cross‑selling, upselling, shopper intent prediction, conversion goal prediction, segmentation, purchase propensity, churn, and content recommendations.
• Experience with campaign analysis across digital channels such as social media, web analytics, PPC, email, SEO, and familiarity with marketing concepts like segmentation, targeting, positioning, and personalization.
• Business process proficiency to understand requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions using analytical tools.
