The role owns organic and paid search strategy end-to-end, scaling technical SEO, site architecture, and high-intent SEM campaigns to drive measurable pipeline. The specialist will partner closely with content, product, and growth teams to optimize keyword targeting, improve conversion rates, and maximize return on ad spend.
Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits, site speed optimization, and schema markup implementation to improve crawlability and indexation
• Manage and scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, optimizing bids, keywords, and negative match lists
• Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-optimized briefs, target high-intent keywords, and improve existing on-page assets
• Monitor algorithm updates, search console data, and analytics to diagnose traffic drops and identify new growth opportunities
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests on landing pages and ad copy to improve Quality Score and conversion efficiency
• Build custom reporting dashboards to track organic traffic, keyword rankings, CAC, and pipeline attribution

• 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience within a high-growth B2B or B2C technology environment
• Deep expertise with industry-standard tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads
• Strong technical foundation in HTML, site architecture, core web vitals, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Demonstrated track record of scaling organic traffic and paid search revenue while maintaining profitable CAC targets
• Bonus:
