Web Developer at Twine

This role is for a freelance web developer to migrate an existing website from Lovably to Word Press while maintaining the current design and structure. The main objective is to accurately transfer all content, design elements, and functionalities into a fully functioning Word Press site. Minor adjustments may be required during the migration process, particularly around button functionalities and other interactive features.

This is a single job assignment, though there may be potential for ongoing work following successful delivery. The position is remote and best suited to developers with prior experience in website migrations and Word Press setup.

• Transfer the entire website from Lovably to Word Press while preserving the existing design and layout.
• Ensure all site content, including text, media, and styling, is migrated accurately.
• Recreate current site functionalities and update any outdated interactive features, such as buttons.
• Optimize the Word Press setup for smooth performance and user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing to confirm design consistency and functionality across devices and browsers.
• Provide documentation or guidance for managing the new Word Press site.

• Proven experience with website migrations, especially transferring from third-party platforms to Word Press.
• Strong proficiency in Word Press setup, theme customization, and plugin integration.
• Solid knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to replicate existing design accurately.
• Familiarity with responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
