Summary:

Sumeru Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Data and Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing data analytics, statistical modeling / AI models, and experience with various analytics tools. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, developing analytical strategies, and delivering actionable insights to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions to clients.
• Develop and implement analytical strategies to address client challenges and drive business outcomes.
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for campaign analysis, segmentation, and automation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into analytics requirements.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation to gather insights from large datasets.
• Apply statistical/advanced analysis techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in data.
• Design and develop data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consulting, technology, and business development to deliver integrated digital experience solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and recommend innovative solutions to clients.

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Quantitative field - Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis techniques.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for campaign analysis, segmentation, and automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor junior team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business impact through data-driven insights.
