Position SummaryWe're looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to own the technology foundation that powers our business. This role is responsible for our core business systems, data infrastructure, integrations, reporting, and technology vendors. You'll serve as the bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the needs of a growing organization. You'll work closely with leaders across Operations, Sales, Finance, Production, and Customer Experience to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
This role partners closely with our Digital Workforce Manager, who focuses on AI strategy, workflow automation, and process transformation. Together, you'll build the technology foundation that enables the business to scale.
- Proven experience administering and improving ERP and business systems
- Experience with Net Suite, Shopify, or similar enterprise business platforms
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and middleware
- Experience designing reporting solutions and dashboards that support business decisions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience gathering business requirements and managing technology projects
- Able to work 100% on-site in Seattle
- Own administration and continuous improvement of Net Suite, Shopify, and other business applications
- Ensure business systems remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with operational needs
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ERP, eCommerce platforms, shipping, and third‑party systems
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve integration issues
- Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure and executive dashboards
- Ensure consistent, accurate, and trusted business data across systems
- Maintain integrity of product, inventory, customer, vendor, and operational master data
- Establish standards and governance for business‑critical data
- Provide Tier 2 business systems support for internal users
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with external IT providers and software vendors when needed
