We are looking for a digital expert who helps industrial companies use technology to make things quicker, cheaper, and more useful. You’ve got in‑depth know‑how, technical smarts, and the ability to get things done within the Oil & Gas industry. You’re great with clients and just as at home with engineers and technical people to keep projects on point and on track.

Your motivation is helping clients realize how digital transformation can make their companies do more, including pivoting to new products, services, and business models.

• Help clients digitally enable their industrial workforce in planning, management, execution, and monitoring by applying experience‑focused, productivity‑driven digital solutions within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Lead consultant teams that configure and deploy digital transformation solutions; serve as the subject‑matter expert and escalation point for production issues.
• Leverage emerging digital enablers and advanced analytics to ensure safe and reliable production and operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital manufacturing, operations, engineering, or industry consulting.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading transformation teams.

• Management consulting experience.
• MBA or Master’s in a technical discipline.
• Ability to support colleagues during pre‑sales meetings and client workshops.
• Comfortable communicating with the C‑suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, not only with IT or Operations Managers but also with end users (operators, warehouse employees, technicians).

At Accenture, compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

• California: $161,200 to $369,800
• Colorado: $161,200 to $319,500
• New York: $149,300 to $369,800
• Washington: $171,700 to $340,200
