We’re looking for an outstanding Project Manager to join our team. This role is available across our primary LATAM hub in Peru.

You are an organized, communicative leader who keeps projects on track and stakeholders aligned. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and building trust with clients and delivery teams alike. You take pride in clear communication, thoughtful planning, and delivering outcomes that meet real business needs. You are curious about new tools—including AI tools that improve your productivity—and you thrive in a consulting environment where clients and priorities shift.

• Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of technology projects from kickoff through close.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets in partnership with clients and delivery teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) as appropriate.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement.
• Track progress, remove blockers, and report status to leadership and clients.
• Ensure quality delivery that stays aligned with business goals.

• Proven experience managing software or technology projects end to end.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Comfort working in a client-facing consulting environment.
• The ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.

• PMP, CSM, or an equivalent certification.
• A technical background or experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience with project management tooling (Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Asana, etc.).
• Experience delivering projects across multiple industries.
