We are an intentional family of 5 in an early chapter of family life, balancing full professional roles with the rhythms of raising two young children plus a five-year-old golden doodle who is affectionate, mellow, and very much part of our family. We care deeply about how our home functions and how our time and energy are directed, and we're thoughtful about building rhythms that support both our work and family life.
Our days move quickly. The practical demands of meal planning and prepping, laundry, and home organization have expanded alongside our family, and we're looking for support that helps manage these elements with clarity and consistency. Our goal isn't to slow things down, but to run them more smoothly and intentionally, so the foundational work of the household is handled with care, foresight, and follow-through.
This creates the space for us to be more present, engaged, and available with our children.
This is a full, meaningful season of life, while busy, also rewarding, and evolving. We value support that understands both the pace and the nuance of this chapter, and approaches it with steadiness, thoughtfulness, and respect.
Who You AreYou are an experienced, thoughtful professional who brings culinary expertise and operational excellence into a private home. You understand that feeding a family well, especially one with young children and dietary considerations, is skilled, intentional work, and you approach it with the standards and care of a private-home or culinary professional.
At this stage, we're seeking thoughtful operational support with a strong emphasis on meal planning and preparation. You are confident in creating, preparing, and managing meals while being conscientious of food allergies and dietary preferences. This also includes collaborating with us on our family favorites. You take pride in meals that are nourishing, reliable, and seamlessly integrated into daily family life.
Beyond the kitchen, you bring the same intention to the home. You are highly capable with organization, laundry, and household systems, and you understand how kitchen flow, pantry setup, laundry cycles, and daily resets work together to support a household as a whole.
You are proactive, observant, and discreet. You notice what needs attention, take initiative without waiting for direction, and communicate clearly and professionally. You work independently, manage your time well, and bring a strong sense of ownership, care, and follow-through to your role.

- Meal Planning & Execution Expert: Brings private-home or professional cooking experience and treats meals as a central responsibility. Designs and prepares meals with precision, efficiency, and consistency for family's dietary needs and preferences.
