Keyjob responsibilities
- Lead core programs that help Prime Video Partners—Hollywood studios, media houses, post‑production houses, and content creators—ingest content into Prime Video.
- Collaborate across multiple organizations to map the partner content journey from studio to customer, working with TPMs, SDEs, SDMs and FEEs to create a holistic view of the partner experience.
- Serve as Prime Video’s technical representative on projects with external partners, integrating with partner APIs and conducting exploratory projects across 2P and 3P development teams.
- Plan and manage mechanisms for a 30‑plus developer team.
The Partner Experience organization builds systems and experiences that enable best‑in‑class content management, monetization and analytics for tens of thousands of Prime Video’s 3P partners—including Hollywood studios, media houses, post‑production houses and content creators.
Basic Qualifications- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 7+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience building and evaluating system‑level technical design.
- Experience developing and executing or delivering product and technical roadmaps.
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical‑path management.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLA‑s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
