Providence Swedish in Seattle is seeking a scheduler/dispatcher for interpreter services. You will manage daily scheduling using a multi-line phone system and a database, respond to requests, screen eligibility, and assign to interpreters.
You will also evaluate workflows, provide feedback to improve both computerized and manual systems, and help guide customers on service levels and how to request or cancel interpreter services.
