Overview
Miller Nash is looking to grow our established business & corporate team by adding an associate with three to five years of experience to our Seattle office’s key business practice.
Miller Nash’s business attorneys bring a wealth of experience when advising the Pacific Northwest's leading businesses. We advise and counsel clients in a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, consumer products & services, technology, and energy. Our clients range from small businesses with strong local reputations to large companies with substantial national and international operations headquartered or doing business in our region.
The ideal candidates for this opportunity will have experience with corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, technology transactions, and commercial contracts, as well as a passion for partnering with clients to meet their goals and providing superior client service. Experience with real estate transactions is a plus.
- Must be a member of the Washington State Bar Association or eligible for reciprocity. California or Oregon State Bar license is a plus. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys.
- Experience with corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, technology transactions, and commercial contracts. Real estate transactions experience is a plus.

Compensation & BenefitsCompensation:
Annual Compensation Range:
Associate level based on years of experience: $174,250–$212,500 (before potential discretionary bonus).
