A long-established Washington-based insurance defense firm is growing and looking to bring on several Associate Attorneys at different experience levels.

• Work directly with experienced trial attorneys on medical malpractice and insurance defense cases involving healthcare professionals and hospital systems.
• Manage your own caseload under a team-based structure — no origination expectations.
• Conduct discovery, draft motions, handle depositions, and support at trial or appellate level.
• Collaborate with a close-knit group of attorneys and paralegals in a flexible, hybrid environment.

• Flexible hybrid schedule – 2 days in office, rest remote
• Bonuses based on billable hours:
• Minimum 1,800 hours to qualify

• Licensed in Washington State
• Prior law firm litigation experience (medical malpractice preferred but not required)
• Enthusiastic, organized, and ready to be part of a collaborative trial team
