Salary $100,000 - $200,000 per year.

Our team provides comprehensive legal solutions tailored to individuals and families, ensuring that their financial and personal affairs are protected for the future.

• Base Salary Up to $200k (DOE) + Bonuses

• Advise and represent clients in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and probate matters.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare proxies.
• Handle fiduciary litigation, including trust and probate disputes.
• Assist with business succession planning and asset protection strategies.
• Navigate federal and state estate and gift tax matters.
• Counsel clients on Medicaid planning, elder law, and guardianship issues.
• Oversee the administration of revocable and irrevocable trusts.
• Represent clients in probate court and fiduciary litigation cases.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Washington State Bar License.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
• Strong knowledge of revocable & irrevocable trusts, wills, fiduciary litigation, and charitable planning.
• Proven ability to handle complex estate and tax planning matters.
• Experience with guardian ships, elder law, and Medicaid planning is a plus.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and client communication skills.
