Overview
Latitude is seeking experienced business immigration attorneys in Seattle or greater Seattle area to take on engagement-focused roles with our corporate and law firm clients. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who want to combine their immigration law expertise with client-facing relationship management and strategic advisory work.
Attorneys in this role will serve as trusted advisors, working directly with Latitude’s clients, ranging from corporations to law firms, to manage complex immigration matters while also strengthening client relationships through proactive communication, training, and engagement initiatives.
This unique blend allows attorneys to grow not just as excellent legal practitioners, but also as strategic leaders and trusted advisors in the immigration space.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic immigration advice on matters such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485, and related, including I-9 and E-Verify
- Conduct client briefings, training sessions, and engagement meetings with HR leaders, executives, and law firm partners
- Oversee the preparation and filing of non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and applications and support legal compliance in filing petitions and applications
- Conduct legal research related to immigration law and summarize it into complete and concise legal memoranda
- Work effectively with colleagues and outside counsel to manage projects and simplify complex legal issues into clear written and verbal communication
- Self-starter, needs little direction to drive initiatives forward, efficient, organized, structured & responsive
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Washington preferred)
- 3–7+ years of business immigration law experience, including employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and build strong client relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with HR, executives, and law firm leadership
- Comfortable in roles that combine legal expertise with strategic client engagement

The annualized compensation for this position on a full-time basis ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, during the engagement/contract period, Latitude Engaged Professionals may be W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan.
Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
