Position Overview

• Associate attorney (3-5 years' experience) in employment litigation and class actions
• Location:
  
  Seattle office

• Defending employers in employment disputes, including:
  • Discrimination
  • Wrongful termination
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Wage and hour matters
• Drafting:
  • Discovery
  • Initial pleadings
  • Dispositive motions
  • Agency position statements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Advising employers on workplace policies and day‑to‑day legal issues

• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
• Self‑starter mindset with team‑oriented approach
• Commitment to professional growth and high‑quality client service

• Admission to the Washington Bar (required)
• JD from an ABA‑accredited law school (required)
