Position Overview
- Associate attorney (3-5 years' experience) in employment litigation and class actions
- Location:
Seattle office
- Defending employers in employment disputes, including:
- Discrimination
- Wrongful termination
- Restrictive covenants
- Wage and hour matters
- Drafting:
- Discovery
- Initial pleadings
- Dispositive motions
- Agency position statements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Advising employers on workplace policies and day‑to‑day legal issues
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
- Self‑starter mindset with team‑oriented approach
- Commitment to professional growth and high‑quality client service
- Admission to the Washington Bar (required)
- JD from an ABA‑accredited law school (required)
