Client Experience Legal Project Coordinator
Join Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, or San Francisco. This role offers full‑remote flexibility while collaborating with any of our listed offices.
Responsibilities- Work with lawyers and staff on high‑volume matters to meet service expectations and address specific problems or opportunities.
- Deliver services more efficiently and profitably by evaluating and developing new business process opportunities using technology and process improvement.
- Manage client requests: intake, conflict checks, routing to timekeepers, and support tracking key performance indicators for each matter.
- Act as the primary point of contact for attorneys and clients, fielding questions, preparing business review meetings, and escalating issues as needed.
- Support the Legal Project Manager with onboarding and integration of new personnel and maintain client‑facing matter management sites.
- 3+ years of experience in legal services or other professional services, or 1+ year with a bachelor's degree.
- GED or high school diploma, or bachelor’s degree.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate with all levels of a professional services organization.
- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to present clear solution options to team leads.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau, HighQ, Azure Dev Ops, and SharePoint preferred.
- Availability and willingness to work overtime as needed or requested.
