Overview

We are recruiting on this role for a client seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Associate who is passionate about delivering thoughtful planning, clear communication, and compassionate client service. Base Salary: $135,000 – $200,000 per year DOE

Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus

Billable

Hours:

1,750 annually

Hybrid: On‑site most days to start; hybrid flexibility increases with experience

• Draft customized estate planning documents
• Advise clients—often high‑net‑worth—on estate, gift, charitable, and succession planning
• Support trust and estate administration
• Collaborate closely with a personable, team‑oriented practice group

• 2+ years of estate planning experience in a law‑firm setting
• Strong drafting and client communication skills
• Active Washington State Bar license required
• Steady work history and professionalism
• Must be local or WA‑barred and relocating quickly
