Job Description- Assist in negotiating and drafting real estate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and financing.
- Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to address legal issues and resolve disputes.
- Stay updated on changes to real estate laws and regulations to ensure clients receive accurate counsel.
- Prepare and review closing documents for real estate transactions.
- Work closely with the legal team to develop strategies and solutions for clients.
- Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings related to real estate matters.

The Successful Applicant- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions at a reputable law firm.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and colleagues.
- Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $225,000 to $260,000 USD, based on JD year and other factors.
