What We're Looking For
  • Experience :
    At least 3 years of corporate transactional experience , ideally in an AmLaw 100 setting. Specific expertise in life sciences agreements is essential.
  • Education :
    Juris Doctor (JD) with exceptional academic credentials .
  • Bar Admission :
    Licensed to practice in Washington, DC.
Skills :
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Business judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including licenses, collaborations, and supply contracts .
  • Partner with biotech and pharmaceutical clients to advance their strategic business goals.
  • Engage in high-level problem-solving and support business-critical decisions.
