Full-time | In-house Legal Role | 5 days On site Role
Compensation : up to $155k + Bonus + Other Benefits
Are you a legal professional with a passion for innovation and deal-making? We're hiring a Corporate Counsel for a fast-growing technology company
. If you have a background in U.S. and international commercial contracts, licensing, and IP-related matters, this could be your next big move.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including licensing agreements, NDAs, SaaS, and vendor contracts
- Support both U.S. and global business teams across sales, operations, and product
- Advise on legal risk, contract compliance, and strategic deal terms
- Collaborate across departments to help accelerate growth while protecting the business
- Help shape internal legal processes and scale best practices
- At least 4 years 8+ years or more of legal experience, ideally with tech, SaaS, or IP-heavy companies
- JD and licensed to practice law in the U.S.
- Strong knowledge of licensing, commercial agreements, and global contract law
- Confident communicator, business-minded, and detail-driven
- Experience with cross-border contracts is a plus
