Litigation Paralegal
Keller Rohrback L.L.P. seeks to add a highly qualified litigation paralegal for its Complex Litigation department, in the Seattle or Phoenix office. Keller Rohrback’s plaintiffs’ practice is nationally recognized for its work on cutting‑edge cases. Our practice is sophisticated and diverse and includes ERISA, consumer and product liability class actions, financial fraud and securities litigation, environmental law and toxic torts, and antitrust.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in research, writing, cite‑checking, and e‑discovery; trial experience and experience with Relativity software is a plus. This role requires a strong combination of case‑based project management skills and a high level of customer service. We are looking for someone who is very straightforward by nature, positive and proactive, enjoys working in a team, has a great sense of humor, and can handle challenging situations and difficult conversations.
Responsibilities- Assist with case‑based research, writing and data entry
- Track discovery deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience communicating with a diverse set of clients.
- Impressive research and writing skills.
- Experience with document collection and reviewing document productions.
- PowerPoint proficiency, exhibiting both an analytical and creative eye.
- Competent in Excel and possess analytical capabilities to perform factual analysis.
- Proficiency in Relativity is considered a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
- Exemplary communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues, co‑counsel, and clients.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong organization and time‑management skills.
- Developed a reputation for being accurate, dependable, efficient, and smart
- Demonstrated ability as an independent thinker, self‑starter, and strong work ethic.
$85,000 - $95,000
