Litigation - Construction

seeks an associate attorney to join our growing and diverse construction law practice in our Seattle office. This position offers the opportunity to engage in litigation across a wide range of construction projects, providing broad exposure to both legal and business issues. Ideal candidates must have:

• An active license to practice law in the State of Washington or have the ability to waive in;

• At least 2 years of construction law experience; and

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and persuasive writing skills.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 to $240,000. Please note that a variety of factors determine compensation, including geographic location, experience, relevant degrees and certifications, and other applicable factors authorized by law. This position also qualifies for an annual merit-based bonus.
