Dorsey is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join our Boise, Denver, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, Seattle, or Washington D.C. office. This attorney will join a team of dedicated associates and partners in Dorsey’s growing IP Litigation Practice Group. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts around the United States and possibly before the PTAB or ITC.

The following qualifications are required:
- Two to four years of IP litigation attorney experience
- A JD degree from an ABA‑accredited law school
- The ability to be admitted to the bar in the state of residency
- Strong communication and writing skills
The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $245,000. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. The individual hired for this position may have the option of electing a lower billable‑hours track with a proportional reduction in salary. Associates are eligible to participate in Dorsey’s associate bonus program, subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions.
