Family Law Associate Attorney (Hybrid)
Washington | 3-8 Years Experience

GPAC, a recruitment firm with over 30 years of experience, has partnered with a well-established and respected law firm seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney. This is a hybrid opportunity for an attorney looking to advance their family law career within a collaborative and reputable firm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervising attorney with all aspects of family law case management
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, declarations, and court filings
• Prepare financial disclosures, mediation briefs, and trial briefs
• Propound and respond to discovery, including meet and confer letters and motions to compel
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court via phone and email
• Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits
• Draft witness questions for evidentiary hearings and trial
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the Washington State Bar
• 3-8 years of family law experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively
