Arnold & Porter is seeking an attorney for our Labor & Employment group in our Seattle office. This position is a non‑partnership track.
Required Qualifications- JD degree and 5–10 years of prior experience in employment litigation.
- Experience in traditional labor work, including discovery, intake, drafting agency complaints, and separation agreements.
- Excellent academic credentials and references, strong writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Current license to practice law in Washington state, or eligibility to obtain one.
The salary range in Washington State is $135,000 to $275,000, commensurate with experience. Eligibility for an hours‑based bonus is also available. For benefits information, please .
