• Request and manage medical and legal records.
• Gather important case details directly from clients.
• Verify insurance policy coverage and details.
• Prepare, send, and receive legal documents and contracts.
• Review insurance and medical documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Support Case Managers with a variety of case‑related tasks.

• Strong customer service and communication skills — you’ll often be the first voice our clients hear.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a teamwork‑first mindset.
• Strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
