Are you a growth-oriented attorney looking to join a top-tier defense firm? Due to an increase in client demand, this national firm is adding Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Attorneys at the Associate and Of Counsel levels to their Seattle office.

Your responsibilities in this role will encompass a wide range of insurance coverage matters including both litigation and strategic legal counseling. Day‑to‑day, you will investigate insurance claims, review discovery, take depositions, and represent clients in mediations and trials. Strong writing skills will be essential as you draft a variety of legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and coverage opinion letters.

You’ll lean on your client service skills as you provide coverage advice and build lasting relationships with clients across the nation. Communication skills will also be key to developing collaborative relationships with your colleagues in local and national offices.

You’ll have a flexible hybrid schedule.
