Litigation Paralegal

Herrmann Law Group has been helping injured people in the Puget Sound area for 75 years. We are expanding our team and need an experienced litigation Paralegal in our Seattle office. • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
• 2-3 years prior personal injury litigation
• Knowledge of Filevine case management is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in team situations
• Able to handle and oversee a heavy caseload
• Great sense of humor

• Work with Attorneys in managing cases from beginning to end
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including complaints, discovery requests, motions, and settlement letters
• Monitor deadlines, court filings, and discovery schedules to ensure compliance
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including exhibits and witness preparation
• Conduct legal research as needed to support case strategy
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Open and manage personal injury claims with insurance companies
• Interact and coordinate with medical professionals
• Order, organize, and summarize medical records
