• You are a high performer with 3 - 5 years of experience with the following:
  • Products Liability Litigation (required);
  • Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery;
  • Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews;
  • Managing document collection, review, and production;
  • Causation and/or failure analysis;
  • Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team‑oriented attitude.
• You are an active member of the California, Colorado, Washington or New York Bar.

Salary ranges:

• Denver, CO: $260,000 to $365,000
• Los Angeles, CA: $260,000 to $365,000

• San Francisco, CA: $260,000 to $365,000
