Who You Are- You are a high performer with 3 - 5 years of experience with the following:
- Products Liability Litigation (required);
- Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery;
- Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews;
- Managing document collection, review, and production;
- Causation and/or failure analysis;
- Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team‑oriented attitude.
- You are an active member of the California, Colorado, Washington or New York Bar.

- Los Angeles, CA: $260,000 to $365,000

- San Francisco, CA: $260,000 to $365,000
