Position Overview
Socius Law Group is seeking an associate attorney with three to five years of civil litigation experience to help support its thriving commercial, real estate and construction, and labor and employment litigation practices. The salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000 DOE, with a 1,500 annual billable hour expectation. In addition, Socius offers annual objective bonus compensation for each hour billed over 1,500.
For example, an associate billing 1,600 hours a year would earn an additional $10,000 in objective bonus compensation, and an associate billing 1,700 hours a year would earn an additional $21,000 in total objective bonus compensation.
