A boutique civil litigation firm located in downtown Seattle is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a minimum of six years of civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be able to manage cases through all phases of litigation with appropriate supervision and must have strong motion practice skills.
This full-time position involves primary responsibility for a civil litigation caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to evaluate legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies
- Investigate cases by interviewing witnesses, reviewing depositions, analyzing evidence, and consulting with clients
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct discovery and take depositions of parties, experts, and third parties
- Appear in court to argue motions and represent clients at hearings
- Handle trials and evidentiary hearings as needed
- Assist with settlement negotiations and execution of settlement agreements
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary in the $160K-$200K (Annually)
