What You’ll Do
- Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice to clients.
- Conduct legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda.
- Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and legal correspondence regarding insurance coverage litigation.
- Meet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Take a proactive role in managing matters, deadlines, and communication with clients.
- Admitted to practice law in Washington. Multiple admissions are a plus.
- Experience in insurance coverage and coverage litigation.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to simultaneously handle sensitive and time‑sensitive matters.
- Effective problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 – $235,000. This range reflects various factors including skill set, experience, licensure, and business needs.
