Remote Seattle-Based PI Attorney
Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year.
Plantiff Personal Injury Law Firm hiring PI Attorney. This is a remote opportunity but the candidate must be local to Seattle and barred in Washington state.

- Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (licensed to practice law in Washington State)
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing with the state bar
- 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation (more for senior roles)
- Proven experience handling cases from intake through resolution (settlement or trial)
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law, civil procedure, and state court rules
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages
- Ability to take and defend depositions
- Trial experience preferred (first-chair or second-chair)
- Experience negotiating settlements with insurance carriers
- Strong case valuation and damages assessment skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client relationship and counseling skills
- Experience using case management software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
