Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead legal point of contact for privacy and security throughout the product development lifecycle Review new products and features to ensure compliance with data protection laws Advise on legal issues related to data management and processing, and improve compliance programs for privacy and data security
Required Qualifications 7+ years of attorney experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier law firm and 5+ years in-house at a technology company focused on privacy JD degree from a top-tier law school and active membership in at least one US state bar Technical degree in computer engineering, computer science, or similar field is preferred Extensive experience working with APIs and SDKs Experience in software patent litigation or prosecution is a plus
