A company is looking for a Director, Global Employment & Immigration Counsel.
Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day legal advice on U.S. employment matters and oversee compliance with employment laws in multiple countries Manage the U.S. immigration program and supervise outside legal teams handling immigration cases Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on employment law projects, litigation, and employee relations concerns
Required Qualifications J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school Active state bar membership in the candidate's working state 8+ years of in-house and law firm experience focused on employment litigation and compliance
Experience with labor and employment matters in Mexico and India Proven experience in managing immigration and global mobility issues
