Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar 5+ years of experience as a commercial or technology transactions attorney with SaaS experience Experience drafting and negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements and data processing agreements Strong knowledge of CCPA/CPRA and GDPR in commercial contracting Familiarity with emerging AI legal issues impacting SaaS and data is a plus
