A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - Employment and Litigation.
Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on employment law issues throughout the employment cycle Manage employment litigation matters and advise on legal risks related to employment actions Develop and deliver legal trainings on employment law and compliance for HR and business partners
Required Qualifications J.D. degree and membership in good standing in at least one bar At least six years of experience in employment law and litigation, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house experience Experience managing employment litigation matters and outside counsel Knowledge of employment laws, including ADA, FMLA, and FLSA Willingness to learn applicable international laws and practices
