Pennsylvania Licensed Litigation Associate

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate to manage complex legal matters with significant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities Manage high-level disputes including commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, and international arbitration Work directly with partners and maintain significant responsibility on complex legal matters Operate with minimal oversight while accommodating long hours as required by case demands

Required Qualifications JD from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 7+ years of experience in complex litigation Background at an Am Law 100 or similarly sophisticated firm is preferred Experience managing key components of legal matters independently
