Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end legal support for technology transactions, including reviewing and negotiating agreements related to AI and cloud solutions Collaborate with internal teams to maximize standardization in agreements and minimize ad hoc contracts Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations while identifying and mitigating potential risks in contracts
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school Three to ten years of law firm or in-house experience, with at least three years in commercial contract drafting and negotiation Active member of the bar in the state of residence or practice
Experience with IT and AI contracts, including software licensing and cloud agreements Proficiency with AI-assisted legal tools and Microsoft Office 365
