Key Responsibilities Own and lead the commercial legal function, managing customer-facing agreements and vendor contracts Draft, negotiate, and close a variety of commercial agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, and NDAs Build scalable contracting frameworks and drive continuous improvement of legal processes using automation and AI tools
Required Qualifications Admitted and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with extensive in-house experience 10+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating enterprise commercial agreements in a B2B SaaS environment Proven track record supporting fast-moving sales organizations Experience building commercial legal infrastructure, including CLM systems and playbooks People management experience, with the ability to develop and grow a team
