Key Responsibilities Review advertising and promotional materials in collaboration with legal, medical, regulatory, and commercial teams Lead internal compliance investigations, managing findings and remediation efforts Monitor and triage compliance inquiries, providing guidance to commercial and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications Hands-on experience in advertising and promotional review supporting commercial teams Experience leading compliance investigations Prior experience in pharma, medical device, or laboratory testing environments Ability to operate effectively in complex compliance scenarios Experience in advising on compliance considerations related to contracts and policies
