IP Litigation​/Trademark Prosecution Paralegal - Elite IP Firm

Our client, an elite intellectual property law firm in Seattle, is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in trademark prosecution and intellectual property
litigation to join their team.

Varied responsibilities, including, preparing, filing, and managing U.S. and international trademark applications, conducting clearance and landscape analyses, drafting prosecution documents, coordinating with international counsel, and maintaining comprehensive trademark dockets and portfolio reports, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, exhibits, and correspondence, preparing briefs and filings for administrative and federal bodies, coordinating filings, assisting with depositions, expert materials, hearings, and trial logistics, maintaining matter files, tracking billable time, and assisting with internal reporting and audits.

The successful candidate will have paralegal experience in an IP-focused or law firm environment, with substantial expertise in U.S. trademark prosecution and ideally international trademark matters. Hands-on experience supporting IP litigation across trademark and patent portfolios, including TTAB, PTAB, and federal court proceedings, is highly desired. Proficiency with USPTO systems, CM/ECF, docketing software, and a strong understanding of trademark procedures and deadlines is required.
