This is a full-time position with total compensation ranging from $100,000 to $250,000 or more, depending on performance and bonus earnings, plus a signing bonus. The schedule is Monday through Friday. Perks and Benefits:

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney with active admission to the Washington State Bar and one to three years of experience in personal injury law. Candidates should be organized and comfortable using Microsoft Office and be adaptable to our case management software. Strong advocacy, communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proactive, client-focused approach.

Role and Responsibilities:
The associate attorney will manage personal injury cases from start to finish, including reviewing medical records, handling subrogation issues and drafting demand packages. The role involves maintaining consistent and effective communication with clients and insurance adjusters to move cases forward. Additionally, the attorney will negotiate settlements. Responsibilities include mentoring and supporting paralegals to improve team efficiency and performance.
